Open Village is a technology and systems design studio. We design and build collaboration-based business systems that organize the connected parts of complex business and operational processes into a shared structure.

Our work starts from a deep understanding of how things actually run. We begin with the relationships between actors, decisions, resources, data and processes, then shape the system’s business logic and technical structure around them. Our aim is for successive activities to work in one connected system, so the outcome of one process naturally becomes the foundation of the next.

Through our own projects and collaboration-based business systems, Open Village builds a long-term technology foundation. We think in systems that can hold an entire domain of operations together, deliver value on their own, and keep evolving in forms that can connect with one another.
